a fresh take on
southern home cooking
The original Biscuit Head restaurant was founded in 2013 in Asheville, North Carolina, to share a love of southern cooking and a commitment to local foods and sustainability.

The restaurant has been packed since day one and widely featured in the media, including Bon Appetit, The New York Times, Food & Wine, USA Today, Garden & Gun, Paste and Eater.com.
Spanning the Asheville and Greenville (South Carolina) areas, all Biscuit Head locations strive to have as light of a carbon footprint as possible and participate in local charitable events.
“Think of biscuits as a delicious blank canvas and the perfect vehicle for exploring and marrying flavors. The possbilities and combinations are endless, which makes us love them even more.”
