Buttermilk biscuits 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 1 bag of Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
  • 2¼ cups of buttermilk

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 375° Fahrenheit.

2.

In a large bowl, fold buttermilk into biscuit mix until there are no visible pockets of flour.

3.

Use a ⅓ measuring cup to scoop biscuits onto a greased sheet tray. Place the biscuits closely together so they can rise as they bake—they should be touching (not like when you make cookies. 

4.

Bake for 18 minutes, then turn the sheet tray and bake for 5 more minutes.
